We hope you love your product as much as we do! Each order is packed with care, but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

• Custom Orders: If your product was part of a custom or personalised set, we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges unless it arrives damaged or there’s a mistake on our end.
• Standard Orders: We accept returns on unused, unopened items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition, and return postage is the buyer’s responsibility.
• Damaged or Incorrect Items: Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with clear photos of the issue—we’ll replace or refund it right away.
